100% agree, especially at this time of year, when we have a little more time at our disposal. also, most extras cost minimal, plus a bit of time so its good to keep the customer on side!!!

It only takes a second to lose your eyesight and only a second to put on your safety glasses. I wear my safety glasses even when I am using my lawnmowers because one day a few years ago when I was mowing the lawnmower must of hit a small stone which flung out from under the mower hit a tree or wall and hit the side of my face near my eye so that is why I always wear my safety glasses. Some will quote and charge for everything they do, which can be a little sort sighted, a good client will notice everything and will see the gains of employing someone who gives that little extra, be it commercial or private gardens 👌
