    100% agree, especially at this time of year, when we have a little more time at our disposal. also, most extras cost minimal, plus a bit of time so its good to keep the customer on side!!!

    Can't wait to see your new Stihl machines videos plus don't forget to wear your safety glasses when you use your cultivator. It only takes a second to lose your eyesight and only a second to put on your safety glasses. I wear my safety glasses even when I am using my lawnmowers because one day a few years ago when I was mowing the lawnmower must of hit a small stone which flung out from under the mower hit a tree or wall and hit the side of my face near my eye so that is why I always wear my safety glasses.     Some will quote and charge for everything they do, which can be a little sort sighted, a good client will notice everything and will see the gains of employing someone who gives that little extra, be it commercial or private gardens 👌
