- How much of the job did we complete before xmas? Well truth be told I was over ambitious and time and weather was against us BUT at least we have something to go back to.

What sort of prices you getting for block and brick these days?
On this job it’s roughly £2 a block and about 80p a brick - I think. I didn’t price this one up but they went in cheap because we needed some work. Usually it’s roughly about £50-60 a square meter
@@AdamHatch 2 pound a block about what we are getting the brick price though not as much as 80 p 😂
@@shanesloan3859 what are you getting a brick? It’s hard to say as there is other things involved like insulation, DPC, ties etc etc.. I didn’t price this job, just accepted what they told me 😅😅
@@AdamHatch 65p but we are getting paid a separate day rate for insulting the walls as it has a vapour barrier to go on and everything needs taped as it will get air tested. Prob still do ok when on the brick
