Quick tip with riding with someone, take the top piece of the helmet off so she doesn't keep hitting you from behind it helps out lol I know from experience
To avoid the key problem again you should get some rope with like a clip on it and hook the clip to the key then the other end of the rope to the handle bars but have the rope long enough so you can still turn and stuff
