So I thought it be a good idea to remake them with the experience I have while making the other soundfont cover albums! Considering how often these albums get pulled from YT and other sites, these soundfont covers are the most consistent way to listen to Yamashita's albums outside of just buying a physical copy lmao.
It's because of the original soundfont cover that I just received a GO AHEAD vinyl yesterday on christmas. Thank you SO MUCH for making these, you're giving so many people the gift of interest in tatsuro yamashita and all of his incredible music, and when people then go to search his songs (and hopefully get lucky) it starts them on an incredible journey. and, when we don't have his, we've always got your covers which are honestly the highest quality soundfont covers i've seen, incredible arrangement work and instrument choice! so again, thank you so much, i wouldn't have one of my favorite musicians if it wasn't for these videos.
It's actually insane each one of your covers doesn't have a million or more views. Please don't ever stop using your talent to bring the biggest smiles to people who know your stuff.
Back in 2023, I listened to the original on loop during my last few weeks working on an animated movie I loved to be a part of. I associate your rendition of this album to how bittersweet things felt at this moment. It’s so cool to hear it again, new and improved this time.
Please dont remove the original. This is great, but the original is something ive grown dear and listen to almost daily. You make amazing stuff. I hope this blossoms into something amazing

Whoa two hours ago, goddamn I'm on the ground-level before this blows up. Killer fucking work, my only gripe is that the "lead vocal" is too forward in the mix, given that it's an instrumental. Stellar fucking job, dude- looking forward to more from you. Original music mayhaps?
idk whether this is the case here, but many Asian musical acts will re-release the same album a second time in a year with different/additional tracks. called an album repackage
