🏈💣💥 " I am so freaking done with Canada it's not even funny. Fans should boycott home games until he's gone. There are three former Steeler QB's out there that could run this offense(Leftwich, Roethlisberger, & Batch). I'm starting to be pissed at Tomlin for allowing this to take place. With the talent on this team, this offense is a freaking disgrace. I've said for close to a decade that Tomlin's biggest Achilles heal is hiring offensive coaches. The offensive line coach needs to be fired as well so they can bring back Mike Munchak. I'm sick of this freaking debacle...‼️" SMFH 🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯🏈

Fun fact, Bobby F***ing Petrino, in his less than one year in the NFL, had on his coaching staff, 4 people who would go on to become permanent head coaches at the NFL or college level. They are offensive coordinator Hue Jackson, defensive/quality control assistant Jonathan Gannon, his brother, wide receivers coach Paul, and defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer.
Just for ANYBODY making excuses for Tomlin. I didn't even include any of his college coaching tree, which expands it quite a bit more.

Our coaches are horrible at player development. Look at our top 2 players drafted this year… neither start or hardly play. When you look at other organizations their top picks are out here destroying the NFL… FIRE TOMLIN AND HIS STAFF IMMEDIATELY!!! Oh yeah… Big Ben is the reason for all of Tomlin’s success!

Tomlin is great, but the Steelers need a lot of help elsewhere

There are a lot of all time great coaches with some beefy coaching tree’s. Tomlin goes about it differently sure. However, i have a problem with the quality of a coach rather than the experience of a coach. Mike mcdaniel, for example is young. That dolphins offense is putting up all time great offensive numbers. Tomlin has yet to hire a quality coordinator since haley. For tomlin to be a defensive coach, his coaching prowess in that regard is slim. Its good to leave legacies in this sport. I may be rambling, but i will for sure like to see some innovation in how we do things, because lord knows we are the kings of falling short.

Man non losing seasons are not important anymore. Offensive minded head cosches are in better situations when it comes to young QBs and Tomlin refuses to get a real OC

Another fluff piece to pump up the mediocre Mike Tomlin. Mike Tomlin doesn't have a coaching tree for several reasons: 1) Because no up and coming coaches will tolerate the micromanaging BS of Mike Tomlin. And veteran coaches were telling Mike Tomlin to stuff it when he tried to micromanage them. 2) It's a serious leadership and character flaw to not care enough about your staff to develop them. Nobody wants to work for an uncaring boss. 3) Mike Tomlin has nothing to teach except vague platitudes and nonsensical sound bites. In conclusion, the veteran coaches were the ones winning the games, not Mike Tomlin and Mike Tomlin never shares the Steelers successes with anyone. He is a smoke and mirrors politician and not a true coach. That is why he has no coaching tree.
