Also isn't the experience boost essentially useless because of how it scales around lvl 40-50? what I've seen even with the buffs is next to negligible once you hit that point. Also never dissolve or whatever it is when you get skills you still get the level up so it's better to just pick one.

Its going to be a long and game breaking combo! Also try to get tree hugger as the first upgrade. If its upgraded to lvl 2 you have a chance to get a free upgrade. Its game breaking and i know by watching all your videos that you love it when the game breaks
I started playing this game after your first video. I did an all projectile build and it was amazing but at level 60 it killed my FPS so much that I had 1 FPS constantly which ended up killing me from getting him by a ranged attacker. Looking forward to trying the AOE build.
Honestly the biggest thing you were missing was an aoe on death, either explosion or firestorm. if you get them and max out aoe like you did you don't even see mobs cause they die off screen as they spawn.
Doo this again but get tree hugger and upgrade it to tree whisperer early in the run, because the upgraded version drops full on upgrades instead of xp orbs, so it gets op. Oh and the halo is actually broken when fully upgraded it basically summons endless light spears to anything you damage. Dont forget the xp upgrades too ofc thats a staple.

You can literally just place your blob on a single tree, and it works. No need for tree clusters.
At 4:40 the damage was 65; 5:20 the damage went up to 75. The overall damage did increase your AOE damage!
The first tree hugger upgrade isn't the important one.

Meteor went from 64 to 74 damage when you took the sapphire; damage is all damage, AOE damage is AOE specific, but they do, in fact, stack.
The level two of treehugger gives more xp and has a chance to spawn an upgrade orb. It's useful for when you are late game and upgrades are few

If you upgrade Dissy's Balls then after like 6 upgrades every upgrade will give you and extra ball. More ball = more attacks
please get the halo upgrade and evolve it to max level. its the strongest upgrade in the game when its max

You should have grabbed piercing. When the projectiles pierce is counts as attack, would have doubled your on attack skills like meteor
AOE can crit as well, and crushed ruby is absolutely insane at higher levels
Next video try a complete tank build with lots of health and damage
