Yes, Rip Crews steal product from another gang. Usually by looting dead drops. Rip crews rarely fight, in fact fighting is rarely done in many gangs because a gang is first and foremost a business. Conflict wastes resources and manpower so a good Rip crew will leave before the opposing gang shows up.
