Madam Vilma Santos-Recto is one-of-a-kind. She's a Class A movie/TV entertainer, public servant, mother, wife, daughter, sister & now, a grandmother. All rolled into One. Evidently, she's very good in management/administration. She deserves a much higher post in the national government. Her charm, wit, wisdom & genuine character can very well influence people.
