Sir what is the role of architect in labour contract?
My speed of work is slow and material usage is looking high. I am getting all the material.
Architect tells me in labor contract you are the contractor. You should take care by keeping your person on the site.

if your architect is hired just for architectural drawings and site visits to see on the construction progress as per architectural drawings , then you need to take care every thing as your are the owner. It all depends on what is the price you hired and what task you wanted to get it from him

@@SuccessLoka sir site is 2400 sqft, g+2.5. work started 1.5 years back. 4L fees stage wise. We are doing plastering from last 5 months. His office is hardly 10 mins from my site but he visited only in Jan and March this year. He says you are in labor contract. You are the contractor. Am I expecting too much that he visits atleast once a month. His office is 10 mins from the construction site.
