Wonhos been working on his body since debut and even before, he’s worked over 6 years for the body he has and his body type is considered ‘ugly’ in Korean culture, he didn’t get that body overnight and he eats healthy but he doesn’t only drink protein shakes, I don’t think he’s on a diet either, he eats like a regular human, he eats chicken, burgers a lot of fast food, he just works out and doesn’t always eat unhealthy

I tried using my smart side to make my theory on WONHO's OPEN MIND video but, two people pointed out to me it is about one thing SEX. So i have to use my gutter side of my brain. The music video and lyrics are about one night stands. The coin represents the yes or no of deciding to go through. The coin has OPEN MIND on it. The car represents the pent up desires and the chains represents the bondage. The chains break is those desires running free inside, him inside the picture frame and the glass breaks is him giving in. The snakes represent the light and dark side of s*x. The panther represents the animalistic side in him.

He was a professional dancer before he really started bulking up. He does a lot of pilates to stay limber. I know his bulking took a lot of people off guard but he's been doing it for years too. When he was with Monsta X he'd get 'too big' and the company would have him stop working out so much before comebacks. Now he's solo he's doing his own look and that's what he likes.

Wonhos been working on his body since debut and even before, he’s worked over 6 years for the body he has and his body type is considered ‘ugly’ in Korean culture, he didn’t get that body overnight and he eats healthy but he doesn’t only drink protein shakes, I don’t think he’s on a diet either, he eats like a regular human, he eats chicken, burgers a lot of fast food, he just works out and doesn’t always eat unhealthy
