Media and entertainment business is really harsh on black women. The pressure to be everything to everyone is especially tough. You can’t be too sexy, too grown, too innocent, too naive, too conservative with your sexuality and you can’t be liberal.
I love Halle's straightforwardness, she's like yep!! I did that. Chloe and Halle are such a breath of fresh air they really put me in the best mood. I also really love their natural transition to womanhood, like it's so normalised and refreshing.

simplybri Right. You can be educated, well spoken e.t.c and still not be up to game when it comes to the media. It’s a talent in itself to be able to confidently sit in front of a camera and answer questions in a professional manner and with etiquette. Media training is definitely a thing and a part of a lot of artists development. You can often see the difference between artists who are media trained and who are not cause those who aren’t often say too much or don’t know how to answer tricky questions or be quick on their toes when it comes to dealing with interviews.
He was talking about their ability to swerve a question.
Yeah he definitely wasn't referring to their intellect or the manner in which they speak. He was actually referring to how Chloe artfully dodged talking about her relationship with Diggy while still managing to answer part of the questions. He's admiring how Chloe continues to participate in the interview without revealing the details of or her feelings about Diggy. It's a skill she most likely refined through her artist development team (specifically media training) at Parkwood

I’ve been bored with music & this album actually finally took my attention from Sza being on repeat.You don’t have to skip a track and it’s one of those where the more you listen to it the more you fall in love with the songs you thought you weren’t crazy over from the beginning. They deserve any and every award for this album.

Her manager told her that Disney wanted her to audition to play Ariel and when she audition, Rob Marshall notice she had the qualities to play Ariel, and he even said in an interview none of the other actors gave him that Ariel feel.
