They also forced Red Lobster to buy over priced sea food sold by a company Golden Gate owns. This is called asset-stripping and it's why Sears, Dollar Tree, and Toys R US went out of business.

His goal in this role is to extract as much value as he can then sell it in pieces while leaving their employees broke and dry. If he's able to turn them around like how Cheesecake Factory is turning their business around and rewarding their shareholders, then I would be very impressed.

Both PF Chang's and Red Lobster are failing miserably... As impressive as his background is, he's a private equity guy. His goal in this role is to extract as much value as he can then sell it in pieces while leaving their employees broke and dry. If he's able to turn them around like how Cheesecake Factory is turning their business around and rewarding their shareholders, then I would be very impressed.
