Once Veramendi is totally complete with all the anemities, it will overtake Riverchase and Vintage Oaks as the best in New Braunfels. Your picks were spot on. Once again great video Raad.
Veramendi will be an epic city within itself....soon! I hear so many upset about the over building and the lack of water. I'll just say, I live here in phase 1, and Veramendi has very large well maintained aquifers spread thru out. The one behind me is the size of a football field and at least 10 ft deep. We watch it fill to the top in rains and seep back into the aquifer in days. I feel as though they are building responsibly
Thank you for your feedback Michelle. Best part about this channel is people dropping their detailed knowledge about an area. Yes Veramendi is planned to be all those things at build out. The commercial part of it has been slow going especially along 337. But I’ll give Veramendi a pass for the pandemic and higher rates which makes it difficult to develop commercial. But at some point we have to start seeing more than homes, a pool and pocket parks in a master planned community almost five years in. The first regional park is in progress. So that’s 👍🏻
Agreed Michelle. From my experience working with them regarding photography, they are considerate environmentally and with regard to building a sense of genuine community. The fact that it's a master-planned community with so many outdoor amenities (present and future), great location, and organized development/leadership, it is a good investment for home buyers in the long-term perspective.
A free skate park that keep kids off the street, open late, well lit near the police dept. There's a community with access to Dunlap lake. It's minutes away from McQueeney's Treasure Island. It still has open open spaces with ranches & farms thru out the city. Best amenity, it's halfway point between San Antonio & Austin.

Thanks Terry. Veramendi COULD be in top 2 for sure. If it’s built out as per master plan

Like your content, Vintage Oaks has a 3rd pool which you missed.
You forgot to mention Vintage Oaks has another pool, and also a basketball court😅😂
that's right, Curvatura area, around there.
Vintage Oaks hands down, best amenities and activities for the whole family
The best thing about the River Chase amenities is the super low HOA.
It IS low
It's neighbor is a federal reserve meaning no building & nature environment is secure.
What management company handles River Chase?
Vintage Oaks for me
No Gruene?
