    . Chana dal 1 cup
    . Salt as per taste
    . Haldi 1/4 teaspoon
    . Green Chilli 2
    . Ghee 1 teaspoon
    DOUGH
    . Maida 1 cup
    . Sooji 2 teaspoon
    . Salt as per taste
    . Jeera + ajwain 1/2 teaspoon each
    . Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
    . Ghee 1.5 teaspoon
    CHUTNEY
    . Coriander leaves 1 bunch
    . Green Chilli 5-6
    . Mint leaves 7-8
    . Ginger 1 inch
    . Salt as per taste
    . Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
    . Oil 1 teaspoon
    . 1 Onion
    TADKA
    . 1 teaspoon Ghee
    . Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
    . Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon
    . Handful Coriander leaves
    . Haldi 1/4 teaspoon
    . Laal mirch powder 1 teaspoon
    . Dhania powder 1/2 teaspoon
    . Gol mirchi 2-3
