Nice explanation Sir.Your words gave me a clarity to deal with the situation i am facing now.My close friend of 19 years sudden stopped communicating with me.I too stopped sending messages to her thinking that it may disturb her.I informed her this for which she replied that she is not that interested in speaking now.
She is my colleague, so only very important her work related issues only i discuss with her .Only from last month she stopped attending some of my calls while on leave.Just a few days back i informed that i am disturbed a lot for which she replied that i am her eternal friend and there is no issue and told that as such she is busy in office and home.
Never it was the situation in the past 19 years.I value her friendship a lot.I could not find any reason for her silence. We both always take care what we speak.
Atleast 5 to 6 days, i had a disturbed sleep.I felt that it could be a breakup. Now your words are a great solace to me.
As you said, i want to follow your first point- i just want to give her the space and give her the time.Then, I will concentrate on upgrading myself.
