I feel like wags hurts here. You could’ve played it as a normal photon fight with mantis if you didn’t have a wags.

The node has conflictor so you can’t apply intimidate or infuriate. They won’t stick and you just feed power.
You have to just get mixed emotions from failing her debuffs.

@@Ardenal7 you could have triggered conflictor with your stun if you did not have wags. Then played the fight normally. Conflictor isn’t a % chance like tenacity, it’s a timer based guaranteed shrug as you know

You’d have to hope she doesn’t throw a SP1 at that point then while you try to ramp mixed emotions. I think the fewer specials she throws, the better.

If time mattered a lot, I think you’re right. It’s faster. But I think this not triggering conflictor is safer

@@Ardenal7 at some point I think that speed is safety. I don’t think you were in any real danger this fight, but it still didn’t look pretty.
