If we can have such young, smart and hardworking guys going into the agribusiness/farming Ghana as a nation will be food sufficient in no time. impressive young man.!!!!
There are many many people in the diaspora that would LOVE to return to be involved with the farming agri/livestock+ sector successfully.
How can this be achieved with easier access to land and access to required and specific markets? It is more than money for alot of us. But we cannot overlook what posibilities for ROI are available. I love growing Things.

Hi Clara, I think it’s easier when you don’t have a particular region in mind. Especially when you are here. You can rent a land while you search for that spot you like. There’re lands everywhere untouched, but if you need that vax land look outside Accra, Kumasi (The lands here are not cheap ) . There’re sites lands are sold but do due diligence . Most of these lands are not registered
Labor is readily available most times but the right ones are difficult to find. You’ll have to work with a lot , let go of those you can’t work with and build your team. Usually, those interested in farming are rural folks. You need those ideal conditions for them to stay and work for you. Access to water, Ghana is bless, every corner you dig there’s water.
Access to specific market hmm 🤔… This one you have to figure it out yourself, every crop has a unique customer base and how farmers prefer to sell and who to. You can leverage on the internet, get a marketing team to help, talk to few companies. Auntie Clara, remember me if you get Access to the European market please 🙏🏼😇.

Farming isn't a get rich easy venture. You need build experience over time, master the art of the game( risk management). It takes a strong heart to be a successful farmer . This they won't tell you.

Non availability of labour and or inexperienced labour, lack of dedicated and honest labour. The challenges are just many. You can loose thousands in your first attempt.
