Waste of time. Most of the time this happens, other apps work flawlessly, my Samsung TV cannot clear or uninstall Netflix and I cannot log out before the App shows my login, because it needs to be logged in to do that. The rest of the ideas are a wast of time as well and it appears to be a nasty problem, because Netflix uses separate servers for the type of device, so checking Netflix on your mobile device will tell you nothing. Usually you just have to wait until Netflix fixes the servers. Don't bother contacting the customer service, they know nothing and just tell you the standard nonsense like shown in this video, added by having to contact your ISP to enable needed ports. What a laugh!
Same issue like me. Are you still facing the same?? Tried rebooting, resetting network, re- installing everything. Still nw -2-4 error .
@@anindyabanerjee7105 I had to factory reset the TV and reinstall everything. That was the only thing that helped. Same as on my previous Samsung TV, where also only the Netflix app had this problem.

Yep my Netflix went down 4 days ago. Nw-2-5. I see I can't connect to 1 or 3 server but connected to the 2nd one only. I've tried everything reset my entire home network, unplugged all devices, restart, etc. Nothing works!
@@chadhunter8757 I found out, that factory resetting the TV helps. I hate doing that, because itsa lot of work until everythingis configured again, but that is the only fix I found until now.

I have the same problem in the Samsung Smart TV in the bedroom while the Sony Smart TV in the living room is great. Samsung shit products.
