Plastic wrap
Parchment paper

I printed on normal A4 paper and followed the exact step but it didnt stick onto d shirt

Do you need plastic under touching the shirt or just on top.

Under and on top. I would suggest do 2 pieces and sandwich the picture. Then go back and trim.
