    Hi, why is there no backrest for your wheelchair? is that more useful or convenient during exercise?

    What if I have no wrist rotation can I maybe do a rod and add some weight

    I just discovered your video. I have been wheelchair exercising for 8 years and have been using various online videos. What I liked about this video is that you use muscles and movements that I’m not used in most of the videos I have seen. I will be looking at all your videos and Aevaliit awaiting new videos by you.
