Perhaps a Serious question? How Many Normal people want to mess around with photo. Editing? Certainly Not Me. I want to point and Shoot and look immediately at the results. No. Faffing around.
For me the sky often gave it away. The phone made it a bit darker blue than the r6. So it looked more edited than the r6 image which the more aqua blue. Also the r6 looks a tiny bit more natural in the sky. But maybe that’s just me ?
The blue was definitely a key area of difference! Like I mentioned, the phone will always do more compared to the canon r6 raw files. Maybe if I just added more saturation on the canon files it wouldn't have been so obvious haha. Thanks for watching!
I had the same idea, that a smartphone these days is good enough. Recently I bought mirrorless camera and went to trip to Spain. I shot with my flagship Samsung phone and the mirrorless camera the same scenes. There's just no comparison. The quality difference is night and day.
Seen an ad for that phone today, camera looks great. Seems all phone manufacturers are just putting everything in to the camera but is the actual phone any good?
Its an android phone... customizability is at the root of Android. It has all the highest specs possible. Ridiculously fast charging that can top off the phone from 0% in less than 30 minutes. Has Qualcomms finest chipset. Everything else is literally up to the user. All the hardware is top-tier. All the phone developers have realized the same thing. Just give the users the highest specs possible and let them figure it out. Luckily Honor also has the remnants of their partnership with Huawei so they have access to the crazy amounts of software technology that Huawei has been building... which is why this phone feels so refined. It typically takes companies YEARS to get simple things like camera software correct. And because development cycles are so fast with phones they rarely put the time into them to perfect it. This is a homerun out of the box because Honor could leverage Huawei technology in terms of computational photography and color science, in display finger sensor, front camera(pill shaped cut outs is purely a huawei thing on the Mate Series at this point) Honors entire UI is taken from Huawei. Its a beautiful phone and definitely worth the price of admission
@@darpinian1 I’ve never been one for getting top level phones, don’t need one to be honest, tried it years ago with a supposedly top business phone from Nokia, not that I’m in business, or work for that matter but that’s down to multiple health issues not laziness, I’d love to go back to work, I’m bored. Anyway, the Nokia was useless, I only needed it for certain things to do with some Charity stuff I’m involved in but I found it so much easier on my iPad. Now, if I need a new phone, I mean brand new, which I only get if I’m skint so I get it on fiancé for a year, I get a mid level one if that, to prove it I’ve not long bought a new one, a Samsung Galaxy A23, I did have a slightly better one but my wife ended up with it. 🤣
The r6 doesn't cost 5k .and we are over with photos comparing because 300 dollars dslr which been made 10 year ago produces comparable photos as the most expensive camera. Its video that differ and need new processor
Damn, smartphones are really impressive these days!
Definitely are!
And you know that I already have the Honour Magic 4 Pro. In Exchange for my 2 years old One plus 8 pro. A great move forward and Upwards too
Results will be pretty different in low light I guess but the phone is really impressive in this comparaison
Oh for sure! Thanks for watching

I love this type of comparison!
Glad you enjoyed this! Thanks for watching
In day time almost every camera is the same…pro cameras are superior in dynamic range depth of field and low light
Very much agree 👍🏻
Is in pro mode the unbinned (50mp) raw file available or are there just binned shots for use?
tbh the magic 4 pro looked better in pretty much every single shot
Awesome camera magic 4pro 😍
It really was good!

Yeah very good point. I really only used this phone for the camera whilst I had it.

The canon is literally £2400 from jessops for just the body. Don't critique then fork out false information.
You’re amazing
Thanks!
Russia loves your videos 🤗☺️🦸♂️
But we dont like Russia
Price wise, mobility, easier to handle... Hands down to smartphone nowadays
Oh for sure, not everyone wants to drop thousands on a camera they won't use every day. Thanks for watching!
You’re ama
