I own this from about 7 years now. Amazing and very unique looks. I never liked its performance though. This bike gave me a lot of trouble initial 2 3 years. Very rough engine, lots of vibes. But now its pretty much smooth. Great comfort that's for sure. Pillion can sit for longer durations. Mileage is decent. I get about 50-55 kmpl. It cn climb speed very fast bt unbearable vibrations post 75kph Bajaj shd surely bring it back with more engine refinements.
I have this bike since 2013. And its always be a part of my life. All my memories and comfortable rides. Even 600 km in a day. Completely happy with this bike. Till now it is unconditionally supporting me. But due to no proper parking. Its condition going down due to direct rain and sunlight.
I owned this bike it's great bike only chain sprocket make sound even after replacing with new and yes engine yet is advance compare to nowadays engine...3 year ago i ride it mumbai to bhopal around 785 kilometers in speed 65 to 75 kmph it took 14.45 hour to reached my destination in between taking small stop with no issues now i am planing for leh very soon ...hope for the best.

@@abhishekanand4447 try to check wheel beARINGS and deep clean carburettor. Replace spark plug and change the chain sprocket set. Also try Engine and Fuel line flushing using Liquimoly Additives. Try replacing clutch plates and Use Engine Oil of semi synthetic grade 20W50 Castrol power 1 cruise. One by one trying this definitely mileage go back to original 50 to 55 kmpl

I am a proud owner of discover 125M and it is a amazing bike excellent suspension good balancing nice milage 45 to 50 after 6 yrs its a complete package and even good built quality
It was a bike from future in 2012, even today no 125cc bike comes with 4V engine (except Duke/Rc 125). *4V engine produces class leading 13bhp. *light weight. *5 speed gearbox. *Petal disc brake. *LED tail light. *mono shock suspension. That time craze for Pulsar 135LS was so high that people don't wanna buy anything else at that price point as both bike comes with almost similar price tag. *125st also lacks wide tyres and big disc brake. Those thin tyres and small disc brake do not go well with macho looks. Bajaj may have worked on its refinement but poor sales force them to discontinue this machine. It would be a good bike if they launch Its BS6 variant in 2020 as 150cc bikes are going to get price hike due to BS6. They just need to work on its refinement and give wide tyres like Pulsar 160NS and a under cowl.

Mere paas hai ye byke mileage ho power ho performance ho pickup ho style ho koi bhi 125 cc byke iske aage nahi hai aaj bhi. maine august 2013 me ye byke li thi or aaj bhi mere paas hai. or mujhe local ho ya highway is byke ko chalane me bada maja aata hai. local me bhi ye mujhe 55+ km ka milage deti hai. or highway par bhi 70-75 ki speed par 65 tak ka mileage de deti hai. recently maine iski top speed check ki thi to 110 tak chali gai thi. i love this byke

कुछ खामीया कलर प्लेन रखा होता ( बीना पट्टी ,स्टीकर के )तो बहुत बढीया होता | सभी फीटींग :- कुछ भी खोलने फीटींग करने में बहुत तकलीफ होती थी ,जैसे पंचर के बाद व्हील खोलने , बॕटरी निकालने , कार्बोरेटर जल्दी फीटींग नहीं हो पाता , बॕटरी लो होने पर स्टार्टींग प्रोब्लेम ,मीसींग प्रोब्लेम | कोईल का खराब होना | रेक्टीफायर का खराब होना | सीट में बहुत डिफरन्स होना |(कुछ ज्यादा ही ,उंचा नीचा) men folt *** इंजन से आवाज आना , बहुत वायब्रेट करना 2/3साल में बहुत आवाज करना (इंजन से)
I have this bike and I love this bike Because one time I was going in village and that we are 2 person seating on bike and our body weight 200 kg and I am riding bike in side river around 500 mts but this bike engine and shock absorber performing is excellent I neaver fill any where my bike will stop very smoothly I crose river and have around 10 Inch water also I see some other bike they fill some problems

I have 150s. Suspension is very good ,mielage is good, power is OK but as you said vibrations problem, more over sports bike type sitting which is not comfortable for regular basis. I like platina hgear and pulsar more than it for the riding comfort.

Mein to 2012 se ab tak chala raha mujhe iska average bahut achcha laga aur look bhi achcha laga ye bike dobara launch karna chahiye bajaj company ko aur achche features ke sath.
125 st have sum problem 1.its engine head seal need to change several times becous of oil leaks(i don't know its only happed to me first i change in 2000km second 28000+ and third 49000+ And 73000km time period its have same issue hot oil pop up to my foot when Ride 90+ km/h and its to hurt (bajaj original part's is very poor quality ) but later 73000 period now its become 157000+ km no problem 2. Original bajaj chain sprocket not last than 12000km so need to find any other good brand ifb chain spoket is best (but very low for available this barand) 3.engine work's is little bit costly than this segments...(4 valve engine little bit though to set back thats way) 4.better change original tyers its 3-17 to small section. its can fit 100/80-r17 michalin tyre is best( chain sprocket life reduce but its give more safety on bad condition roads also provide comfort and long lasting The good fact of this bike is 1 very comfortable Ride position for Long Ride or city or off rode its so fun to ride.. in village roads is mud and slippery when rain seson. Its very difficult to drive but my discover 125st run even its exhaust drowned in Dirty water without stop or lag problem, in that situations hero, honda, yamaha, tvs, Suzuki bikes even cant start (expect sum of bajaj bike's ) 2 kick start is very smooth and easy position and no need to much pressure even rainy and cold climate just 1 kick (leg press actually 3 this bike can run smooth even25 km/h in 5th gear without jerk

Hi Sujay, Yes you can take the St for short trips but you should be confident enough with the bike and your riding skills. Riding on the highways are different than in city for short distance. Bajaj bikes are OK with latest technology like 4valve engine ,good rear hydrolics ,beautiful powerful headlights but engine life is less than hero motorcycle
one of the best and stylish 125cc bike in India, it has more unique features like mono shock suspension, petal disc brake, stylish headlight and front wishor, whole unique body, big fuel tank, height of the pillion seat is more high like a sports bike, wider tyres and first twin spark 4 valve dtsi engine in the segment. at initial it gaves me 73kmpl . even the service center guy also not believe this but it has . but sad news is it was discontinued due to poor sales because our indians won't like stylish and new innovations, we always like small and family commuter bike only. but still my 125ST is riding smoothly with motul 7100 engine oil.

Yes it's a very good bike but the only problem with chain sprocket and gear liver.sometimes the gear liver is stuck in while riding

It was a bike from future in 2012,
even today no 125cc bike comes with 4V engine (except Duke/Rc 125).
*4V engine produces class leading 13bhp.
*light weight.
*5 speed gearbox.
*Petal disc brake.
*LED tail light.
*mono shock suspension.
That time craze for Pulsar 135LS was so high that people don't wanna buy anything else at that price point as both bike comes with almost similar price tag.
*125st also lacks wide tyres and big disc brake.
Those thin tyres and small disc brake do not go well with macho looks.
Bajaj may have worked on its refinement but poor sales force them to discontinue this machine.
It would be a good bike if they launch Its BS6 variant in 2020 as 150cc bikes are going to get price hike due to BS6.
They just need to work on its refinement and give wide tyres like Pulsar 160NS and a under cowl.

सभी फीटींग :- कुछ भी खोलने फीटींग करने में बहुत तकलीफ होती थी ,जैसे पंचर के बाद व्हील खोलने , बॕटरी निकालने , कार्बोरेटर जल्दी फीटींग नहीं हो पाता ,

Because one time I was going in village and that we are 2 person seating on bike and our body weight 200 kg and I am riding bike in side river around 500 mts but this bike engine and shock absorber performing is excellent I neaver fill any where my bike will stop very smoothly I crose river and have around 10 Inch water also I see some other bike they fill some problems

I have 150s. Suspension is very good ,mielage is good, power is OK but as you said vibrations problem, more over sports bike type sitting which is not comfortable for regular basis. I like platina hgear and pulsar more than it for the riding comfort.

Mein to 2012 se ab tak chala raha mujhe iska average bahut achcha laga aur look bhi achcha laga ye bike dobara launch karna chahiye bajaj company ko aur achche features ke sath.

125 st have sum problem
1.its engine head seal need to change several times becous of oil leaks(i don't know its only happed to me first i change in 2000km second 28000+ and third 49000+
And 73000km time period its have same issue hot oil pop up to my foot when Ride 90+ km/h and its to hurt (bajaj original part's is very poor quality ) but later 73000 period now its become 157000+ km no problem
2. Original bajaj chain sprocket not last than 12000km so need to find any other good brand ifb chain spoket is best (but very low for available this barand)
3.engine work's is little bit costly than this segments...(4 valve engine little bit though to set back thats way)
4.better change original tyers its 3-17 to small section. its can fit 100/80-r17 michalin tyre is best( chain sprocket life reduce but its give more safety on bad condition roads also provide comfort and long lasting
The good fact of this bike is
1 very comfortable Ride position for Long Ride or city or off rode its so fun to ride.. in village roads is mud and slippery when rain seson. Its very difficult to drive but my discover 125st run even its exhaust drowned in Dirty water without stop or lag problem, in that situations hero, honda, yamaha, tvs, Suzuki bikes even cant start (expect sum of bajaj bike's )
2 kick start is very smooth and easy position and no need to much pressure even rainy and cold climate just 1 kick (leg press actually
3 this bike can run smooth even25 km/h in 5th gear without jerk

Hi Sujay, Yes you can take the St for short trips but you should be confident enough with the bike and your riding skills. Riding on the highways are different than in city for short distance. one of the best and stylish 125cc bike in India, it has more unique features like mono shock suspension, petal disc brake, stylish headlight and front wishor, whole unique body, big fuel tank, height of the pillion seat is more high like a sports bike, wider tyres and first twin spark 4 valve dtsi engine in the segment. at initial it gaves me 73kmpl . even the service center guy also not believe this but it has . but sad news is it was discontinued due to poor sales because our indians won't like stylish and new innovations, we always like small and family commuter bike only. but still my 125ST is riding smoothly with motul 7100 engine oil.
