      warm the milk on the heat so that it does not burn your hands. then mix it with the dough and sugar until it becomes one and the sugar is completely dissolved in it. place the liquid in a warm place to allow the fermentation process to take place.
      in the next step, mix the oil and egg yolk with a mixer until the ingredients are smooth.
      after the dough is done, add the egg mixture to it. pour the sifted flour into the container step by step with a spoon and mix it in the container at the same time.
      Continue adding flour until the dough becomes loose and harden. Note that pouring too much flour will make your dough lose. Keep doing this until your dough is no longer sticky. Then remove the dough and hit the bottom of the container several times.

      the next step is to rest your dough. At this stage, the texture of the dough should be very soft and tender, place it in a greased dish and make a +-shaped cut on it with a knife. then wait an hour for your dough to thicken.
      after resting the dough, divide it into small balls and knead it by hand and then smooth it with a rolling pin. then rest the dough for half an hour until the volume of the dough doubles.
      grease the oven tray. put the doughs in a tray and cover them with a mixture of butter, egg yolk and milk. then place the tray in the oven to complete the last step of making homemade bread in the oven.after 5 minutes, your buns are ready.
