If we ignore universal arguments for BOTH characters. They’re relatively even overall. Ichigo has the speed and maybe power advantage. While Naruto has the skill, experience and hax advantage. This is Naruto at the end of shippuden. Adult Naruto wins most of the time against Ichigo (Mostly due to Naruto being insanely powerful as an adult and Byron mode. Which might as make him universal for how stupidly powerful it makes him. Still gets on tapped by goku though.) .
