I can give you advice..
Don't bother much ..
Just clear your basic concepts of all 3 subjects ..
Like - vectors ,basic maths , unit and dimension
And simultaneously do whatever going in class...
Give Sundays to your backlogs..
And do solve numericals and questions of daily class...
Don't hesitate to ask doubt to your teacher..
Don't blame anyone for your results..
Just keep pushing yourself...
Your backlogs will drag you down..
So leave it there and start focusing on current syllabus and basic concepts...

@@UttamArora9536 see I have done my complete studies from pw alakh Pandey free lecture ,the old lectures of alakh Pandey but since this time you don't have enough time for that then u should go with the one shot ( of alakh Pandey only) umeed 1.0 one .. that is the ultimate game changer for me too. Due to my schooling i didnt get enough time for gravitation, rotational motion , waves ( transverse ,+ sound) I studied it from one shot and after that I have done pyq practice of neet and jee mains but this time jee mains level is not required but if you have time and want to build confidence then go for it...at last I will say that go with the original umeed lectures of alakh Pandey. The way he used concepts is amazing , and one more thing never leave the test this is my first drop and I have got 160 in neet 2023 in physics only due to alakh Pandey ( total score - 565) . Finish this work by last week of February. After that use 3 mock tests weekly and for physics I will say that daily read the short notes( short notes - should have imp formula , concepts ,some ratta and last that things which you forget) . I have not made any notes in my drop year and I am only studying with my short notes which are of 1 to 2 pages..by this way your marks would definitely boosted.. one warning don't go for tricks for those chapters which are weak first clear the concept then only use tricks . For tricks you can switch to 1 chapter daily of Manish raj sir lectures by watching it on 2x....the best one shot of alakh Pandey is of rotation . He clarified rolling motion such nicely that I fell in love with the rolling motion. Don't go with the newly formed youtubers they only want their cuts by app promotion. But vaibhav's solutions also helped me out from many problems
