He should have switched positions years ago when he left Denver. He would have still been in his prime and still had time to grow into the position. He was never going to be a starting QB or backup on a regular basis. He simply just wasn't accurate enough throwing the ball. Plus he really didn't have a strong arm didn't have enough zip on his passes. Long slow throwing motion without any zip on his passes

Tebow ran the wrong route. As Skip said, he has NEVER been cerebral.. meaning ability to READ defenses or understand OFFENSIVE reads.
