Unfortunately for that poor soul, this rule doesn’t apply during wartime
Spamming Units isnt against the rules untill it lags the server, China players also have a reputation of lagging the server really bad.

Little trick to find titanium:
If there is an ai country that you know produces titanium, buy them out anyways for them to deficit, once they have no titanium stock left they will cancel all trades with everyone and will begin producing titanium again
but someone else can use that trick to get your titanium

Just a little criticism/advice here, Do not send planes into Anti Aircraft, i had this experience as well, one time i was playing as the Iberian Union and the Ottomans attacked me they rushed my capital with bombers but because i had anti aircraft and i had only my capital left and after like 10 minutes it was clear to the Ottoman player that the airforce was pretty much useless so he stopped using it. Edit: alot of people dumb on anti aircraft and dont use it or just flat out underestimate it, but if you can use it like i did it can be op.
And if the enemy does have attackers bring in anti air and fighters with your units

1: There is rarely any African players
2: Nigeria is easy to take after some development (unless a pro player is using Nigeria)
3: Africa has lots of resources for trade
4: Chad is the OG and Romania copied Chad’s Flag

Then by 2024 I take Brazil
Then I just invade South America from units in south america

I had about 5 trillion money and 2 billion population as Japan once, the guy before me already strengthened the economy a fuck ton and took alot of asia, but I expanded and puppeted half the world lol
