    My hamstrings are painful all the time. I can do standing but this I cannot do without pain the whole way through. It also hurts my back. I guess I should not do these?

      Yes, do not do any movements that are painful. This particular video is advanced and hard. Here's a playlist for other hamstrings and quadriceps movements. Look them over and you may want to try some of these.

      I am revisiting .
      If I knew what I needed to do , releasing some of my new tensions brought me back.
      I am glad they did.
