Rods and pistons are fine. It's high compression. They blow either to boost and never being tuned or manufacture defect meaning valve spring or excessive use of rtv on the timing chain/pieces of rtv breaking off and going into the oil passages. Side note...you spent 23000 on absolutely nothing.
