This is the best game in the series from characters design and music and stages I had a blast with this game , the newer games seem to be lacking in the music department. Most fighting games these days don't have decent themes anymore , just dull generic music.

Best fighter on Xbox Original? I would say so. The damn endings for each character were hard. The 🎶 is divinely chaotic. Stages are creative and detailed with hard hitting cliffs and wall explosions!! Gameplay was so fluid as the animations and fluidity of the hits especially counter hits, throws, and combo's that can clap you into the next dimension!

I wish DOA5 could have like a music tune thing, where you could change the music to different DOA songs, and have it be classified by stage or character, cause I'd love to play to this song.

They should release an updated version of both 3 and 4 because they were Xbox exclusive. And as a PlayStation owner I never got to play them. I had to jump from the 1st and 2nd game all the way to the 5th and now 6th.
It would be but one problem.... The xbox d pad sucks my balls compared to the nintendo and play station d pad. Fix that problem and I would agree but until then. Part 2 was the best. Hardcore!

Better d pad controls, better Tag Battle mechanics, better Sparring Mode, and a larger roster than DOA2. DOA2 comes in 2nd place behind DOA3 and in front of DOA4.

i never play doa 3 , BUT doa 5 come with a DLC with this OST , and i really liked so i put this theme how my MAIN MENU THEME , so when i listen this theme for me is the Menu for DOA 5 XD , but i know is the theme of hitomi doa 3 , i thinks this theme as a MENU and Character select is not bad

The music in Dead or alive series was always kick ass especially in DOA3 but the music in Dead or Alive 5 is dull and boring where the developers on crack when they synthesize Dead or Alive 5 music ?
CrazyMan03 Yes. Besides, the music in DoA5U is much better in my opinion compared to the original. Take Momiji's, Rachel's, and Marie Rose's themes as an example. Not to mention the forest stage them called Fallen Leaves as another example. So good. :)
I'm disappointed, well not that much. In Dimensions they could put past themes. But they just stuck to her DOA 4 one. I really like this a bit better. But both of her themes still rock :)

They should re-released Dead or Alive 3 and make the game backwards compatible with the Xbox One.
