Dushyant Dave has always been a voice for this country. He is an upright gentleman, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court. His interview today was a very important one bringing forth the serious violations committed by the former CJI and the Supreme Court when ruling in certain cases.. We as citizens have always looked to the Supreme Court as the highest authority who will give us justice if all fails. I am so hurt to hear Mr Dave speak and also realise we are going down a path which is not good for our people. My prayers for my country and its people that we introspect and make the changes to continue to be the world's greatest and best democracy. We are not taught in History that during the partition India and Pakistan, the two countries were divided based on religion although the religious significance of Pakistan territory to the Hindus was like mecca to muslims or vatican to christians , yet still the British forced the partition and gave the 10000 year old hindu lands to the muslims.. The fact is that Pakistan is the Brith place of Vedas and Hindu religion and same also is true for Sikh religion how is it possible the Hindus and sikh would have agreed to give this away with out violence but this is british managed and orchestrated everything. there was no choice given to anyone. We were told that the partition of India & pakistan happened based on religion, after 90% muslims voted for Pakistan in the 1946 provisional election this is historical facts, that Pakistan was made for Muslims, & India for hindus (but then how India and when India was forced to become secular nation). During the partition the population of Muslims was 92 million muslims in Undivided India. The population of muslims who went to Pakistan from India was 5 million and the Population of muslism that went from India to Bangladesh (East Pakistan) was 5 million. So at the time of partition 82 million muslims stayed back in India and only 10 million muslims went to Pakistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan). This despite the fact that 90% of the muslim population had voted to create Pakistan. So East and West Pakistan took 10% of the muslim population but took 35% of the land and resources. - The total population of undivided India in 1947 was approx 390 million. After partition, there were 330 million people in India, 30 million in West Pakistan, and 30 million people in East Pakistan(Now its called Bangladesh)., So after partition there were 9 million HIndus still left behind in Pakistan forming 22% of the population of West Pakistan and 11 million Hindus left behind in Bangladesh (East Pakistan) forming 27% of the population of East Pakistan as per the 1951 census in both these territories, but within 40 years the population of Hindus in these regions killed, exterminated and as per 1991 census only 1.8% hindus were left in Pakistan and 7% Hindus were left in Bangladesh. After that Pakistan stopped counting the hindu population in subsequent census, instead counted them as minorities together with other shia, ahmediya minorities. Where as in India the 82 million muslims who formed just 8% of the population has now increased to 19% muslims where they got opportunity to progress.
There are people who feel for India, and there are others who want to use India. We need to differentiate between the two, and choose the right one to lead our country.
Under reservation for minorities, hindu majority states provided reservations to minorities like muslims and christians. But muslims and christian majority states refused any reservations to the hindus, sikh and buddhists. If Muslims & Christians are minorities in Maharashtra, UP, Bihar etc., why are Hindus not minorities in J&K, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya etc? In Hydrabad muslims are in majority why hindus cannot get minority status where muslim are majority in the world so hindus are minority not muslims. How can mulsims be minority when they are more then 20% population in India. Why are Hindus denied minority rights in these states?
After 15 August 1947, Jinnah was no longer interested in taking the poorest of poor muslims who lived in India cause they would become a burden to Pakistan's economy. So Nehru and Jinnah signed and agreement to take care of respective minorities who were left behind. But in Pakistan and east Pakistan ( Bangladesh) they gradually killed converted drove out all Hindus in both countries. - British provided a ready draft of the constitution to India and Pakistan. In 1951, Nehru introduced the Hindu code bill were in muslims were allowed to have multiple wives but the hindus were not allowed to have multiple wives. The Hindu code Bill was originally drafted as the universal law but Nehru said the muslims refused to accept it so he asked Ambedkar to implement this as Hindu code bill but when Hindus objected to the Hindu code bill there was firing on the hindu protestors and many were killed but the law was still implemented and stand till today. This law is the main reason why the muslim population has multiplied while the hindu population suppressed.
Will our rulers and those in the judiciary hear the anguished and emotionally charged views of Dave Sahab?. It is really unfortunate that a lot of people who matter are causing great harm to the well being of India. Unless peace and communal harmony is restored, what awaits India is a dark future.

We are not taught in History that during the partition India and Pakistan, the two countries were divided based on religion although the religious significance of Pakistan territory to the Hindus was like mecca to muslims or vatican to christians , yet still the British forced the partition and gave the 10000 year old hindu lands to the muslims.. The fact is that Pakistan is the Brith place of Vedas and Hindu religion and same also is true for Sikh religion how is it possible the Hindus and sikh would have agreed to give this away with out violence but this is british managed and orchestrated everything. there was no choice given to anyone. We were told that the partition of India & pakistan happened based on religion, after 90% muslims voted for Pakistan in the 1946 provisional election this is historical facts, that Pakistan was made for Muslims, & India for hindus (but then how India and when India was forced to become secular nation). During the partition the population of Muslims was 92 million muslims in Undivided India. The population of muslims who went to Pakistan from India was 5 million and the Population of muslism that went from India to Bangladesh (East Pakistan) was 5 million. So at the time of partition 82 million muslims stayed back in India and only 10 million muslims went to Pakistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan). This despite the fact that 90% of the muslim population had voted to create Pakistan. So East and West Pakistan took 10% of the muslim population but took 35% of the land and resources.
- The total population of undivided India in 1947 was approx 390 million. After partition, there were 330 million people in India, 30 million in West Pakistan, and 30 million people in East Pakistan(Now its called Bangladesh)., So after partition there were 9 million HIndus still left behind in Pakistan forming 22% of the population of West Pakistan and 11 million Hindus left behind in Bangladesh (East Pakistan) forming 27% of the population of East Pakistan as per the 1951 census in both these territories, but within 40 years the population of Hindus in these regions killed, exterminated and as per 1991 census only 1.8% hindus were left in Pakistan and 7% Hindus were left in Bangladesh. After that Pakistan stopped counting the hindu population in subsequent census, instead counted them as minorities together with other shia, ahmediya minorities. Where as in India the 82 million muslims who formed just 8% of the population has now increased to 19% muslims where they got opportunity to progress.
There are people who feel for India, and there are others who want to use India. We need to differentiate between the two, and choose the right one to lead our country.
Under reservation for minorities, hindu majority states provided reservations to minorities like muslims and christians. But muslims and christian majority states refused any reservations to the hindus, sikh and buddhists. If Muslims & Christians are minorities in Maharashtra, UP, Bihar etc., why are Hindus not minorities in J&K, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya etc? In Hydrabad muslims are in majority why hindus cannot get minority status where muslim are majority in the world so hindus are minority not muslims. How can mulsims be minority when they are more then 20% population in India.
Why are Hindus denied minority rights in these states?

After 15 August 1947, Jinnah was no longer interested in taking the poorest of poor muslims who lived in India cause they would become a burden to Pakistan's economy. So Nehru and Jinnah signed and agreement to take care of respective minorities who were left behind. But in Pakistan and east Pakistan ( Bangladesh) they gradually killed converted drove out all Hindus in both countries.
- British provided a ready draft of the constitution to India and Pakistan. In 1951, Nehru introduced the Hindu code bill were in muslims were allowed to have multiple wives but the hindus were not allowed to have multiple wives. The Hindu code Bill was originally drafted as the universal law but Nehru said the muslims refused to accept it so he asked Ambedkar to implement this as Hindu code bill but when Hindus objected to the Hindu code bill there was firing on the hindu protestors and many were killed but the law was still implemented and stand till today. This law is the main reason why the muslim population has multiplied while the hindu population suppressed.
