Yes I size all new brass and always have. Although its unprimed. I don't prime and then size. I size and then prime. Thanks for sharing.

My biggest chore is the lube cleanup, I can’t see how they can consciously deprime a case and not resize it. esp. straight pistol cases like , 38, 357. That’s the biggest reason I would buy a primed case thinking it ready to go.

No need honestly if it is brand shiny new. Would resize if necks of the brass is REALLY beat up but that is it tbh.
