Although this sounds clearly like a Northern Soul classic I like the Disco vibe it has too. The soaring strings are a typical trademark of the Philadelphia sound. I'd love to hear an extended full on disco version of this track & I feel it could be a hit on todays music scene. I'm a latecomer to it but now it's my favourite genre of music and I bless UA-cam for allowing me to be able to access many tracks that I'd never heard of. Funnily enough so many of the 70s tracks were NS tracks but I didn't realise it then. The people who were right into the whole NS scene were so fortunate to be part of it xx
