What a lovely story and happiest ive heard bill was such a lovely person and deserves a happy life to its fullest and jill is the perfect person for him or her and giving his mother her daughter back at Christmas and Sundays was such a wonderful idea and later on there will be six girls sitting around the table fo Christmas a beautiful life they have now as a family and to think the catalyst was billy finding a pair of stockings on the way home it was obviously meant to happen ❤❤
Thank goodness for a believable story without any craziness or coercion. But those school and social service people were maddening. They need a swift kick and told to mind their own business, but the fact this is considered normal indicates a horrible judgemental community that may be all too common.
It's a very fine line. My wife was a foster mother when I met her, she adopted the last 3 kids she had and we raised them together. DCS was always present in one form or another, especially for visitations from the natural parents. I met several of the ladies there, one was like a nun and didn't like the fact that my wife and I weren't yet married, so tried making waves to get the adoption halted/reversed, one lady was so chill it was almost a pleasure seeing her, and the third was so immune to the situation she really became useless as a social worker, nothing more than a figure head pencil pusher. Social workers have one of the most mentally draining professions there is. On one hand, you have to have the common sense to see the big picture, on another you have to have the compassion for both parents and children, but you need a third hand that holds the cojones to step in and do the right thing, even if it hurts. Juggling with 3 hands can test even the best intentioned motives, especially if you actually plan on being worthwhile.
