I can so much relate to what you were sharing. I am now 68 years old and had SCAD five years ago. Doctors did not know much about it and I also studied it a lot and was part of several support groups for SCAD. Now I am challenged with Lung problems and long Covid, which again is quite scary . .. anyhow for some reason your interview showed up on my phone, I also use mixed media art for healing. I always say that there is a gift in the healing.

I'm not on Facebook. How can I get plugged in to a support group? You are so right about the anxiety. I just started a new art class yesterday for myself and hopefully some healing

I had SCAD a week ago, 8/14/2023, I’m 50, no risk factors. I want to know which group is she talking about. I am looking for support as well. I am very anxious and confused about a lot of things.

I feel for her. I had SCAD on 7/8/23. I’m 47 and in excellent health and perform at a high fitness level. Prior to my SCAD, I had ZERO medical problems and was never prescribed any meds by any doctor. She seems confused and lost, just like me….
