I think ateez is big group not bcz the dancers but ateez is a team consist of the performers (the 8 members), the producers (edenary who make all their songs), the choreographers (B.B trippin, i think they also choreograph all their dance) and their staffs (managers, stylists, make up artist). the extra people dancing are just dancers, not a part of ateez but they do "work" for kq entertainment because they always choreograph for them and also are ateez's dance teachers. also the female dancers are also a part of ateez's dancers crew, thats why there female dancers in ateez's mvs or performances. The lyrics u checked out was a correct one. Its a kind a cute song about a cute little school girl asking a guy to marry her. He finds her cute and tells her no but she cries to him. So he convinces her that she is cute like a black cat, a playful one and should not fall for sweet things because she would get hurt in life. Literally the song is a cute rhyme which Ateez turned into dark theme 💀

the thing that nobody will tell you is this cover of Black Cat Nero is the Korean version (Turbo sang it in the 90s, Kim Jongkook was a member of Turbo) of a Japanese cover of an Italian children song called "Volevo un gatto nero" (= "I wanted a black cat").

A couple of things sweetie, take your time getting to know ATEEZ. You will know who each one is as you get to know each one.
Now in what context did someone tell you there is more than 8 ppl in ATEEZ? Trust me and all ATINY when we say there are 8 ppl and only 8 ppl. There are no replacements, when Mingi was on hiatus, Hongjoong and Seonghwa both took over for him. Mostly Hongjoong but in a few preformance Seonghwa did once or twice.
Now "Black Cat," this is a remake of a remake. Confusing I know, but let me explain. The big guy at the end. That is Jongkook, (not Jungkook, but Jongkook) he currently a host of several shows in Korea. But back in the day when k pop first started in the 90's. He was part of a group called Turbo. And they found this song from either Spain or Italy, can't quite remember which one right now. It's a child's song from either 1967 or 68. That's why it actually may sound familiar. It was one of those songs that went worldwide. Turbo got a hold of it, and made it a hit in Korea. Fast forward to 2020. Immotal songs is a program where current and up and coming artists take older songs, usually in front of the original artist, and redo the songs their way. The program has been on for a while now. And usually it's older artists that win. ATEEZ was the first 4th generation group to win. And Jongkook was so impressed that he wanted not only to be in the video with them, but they recently released a song with him.
For the longest time another group, Shinee was known to be the Kings of Halloween. Look up Key as Ronald McDonald and Onew as KFC's Colonel Sanders. But since their debut ATEEZ has definitely stepped up as the 4th generation Kings of Halloween. So trust me when I say they will do something for this year. They have done something every year since debut. And please watch the live stage version of this song...so worth it.
