I don’t know how you could control how the body decides to use the stem cells in an IV. If you have an organ that needs fixing, unbeknownst to you, the body would probably use the stem cells to fix the organ vs. the ligaments of the upper neck. Targeted treatment makes more sense, unless you’re just trying to enhance the health of the entire body without having an idea as to what needs fixing.
