I would love to see you two do a review of all your experiences and mods you have done since then! As a wannabe I have watched your early Beyond videos repeatedly, I "wanna be " ready when the big day comes, LOL!
Love your videos. We started in a class B several years ago, moved to a C then an A and now back to a B - a Coachmen Nova 20c that we picked up 10 days ago. I like that you put a clip of the item in the video, but it would be helpful if you put them in your description also.
Hi Rob and Amy! Congratulations on your new " home" on wheels. I appreciate your sharing with us the test run on this beautiful unit. The three items Amy pointed out are definitely worth acquiring for organizational needs. That rear mounted rack is awesome. I will be contacting Sunshine State RV myself and touring the Ford Coachman models for an AWD and Li3 version, a huge upgrade from my 2019 GMC Savana 2500 cargo van. The best of luck with your new RV and keep us apprised as travel around in it. Stay safe!
Somewhere on the Facebook forum there’s a detailed post of how the Firefly tank levels work. What I’ve learned is that the top and bottom 10% are more guesstimates, and if there’s a blue line under a tank it means the fire fly either doesn’t have information yet or is guessing. For example, when filling the freshwater tank it will go up in 5% increments, but after 90% instead of going to 95% it will read full. I think the same is true when the freshwater gets below 10% the next thing will go to empty rather than 5%. I don’t know exactly where that post is otherwise I would link it.
Hi Rob & Amy. Congrats on your new van. If your MaxxAir fan is like ours, the lower right button will reverse the fan. It should have an icon that has 2 circular arrows facing each other. It should then blow air in versus out.
Rob and Amy, great video. We are prospective buyers in Georgia who will also be using Sunshine State RV. Question, I am 5'4" tall so would I be able to sleep side to side when I'm solo? We love the Li3 system but since we started shopping in 2020 that option may, sadly, now be out of our price range :( Can't wait for more videos about how you use your coach.
Hi Sarah. Yes! We are 5’7 and 5’3. We actually show in the part two orientation video us both laying that way. Plenty wide/deep for a solo traveler to sleep that way. Feel free to PM Amy or me with any other questions. Amyrizzo1@me.com. Also…have you joined the owners, prospect group on FB? There are good used ones that come up there for sale.
Great video. I would love a Beyond to take my sewing on the road. Amy, where do you store your machine and what kind is it? Does it work to sew in the tent? Are you still traveling and sewing?
How long can you run your air conditioner off the batteries on a hot day? Also, with such a small gray tank, can you get more than one shower? I have a 1999 Road Trek Versatile, and I can easily take four showers, but I think it’s time to upgrade! So I’m looking at the Beyond. Did you look at any other units?
We can go a week without having to empty either the grey or black but that depends on shower time/frequency. We also have an Anytime Fitness membership and sometimes shower there. We also looked at the pleasure way snd American Coach/Patriot. The Premier AC on our model runs about 7-8 hours. Only takes 90 mins of dry though to recharge the lithium battery. The new 2023 beyond’s come w a Truma 110 AC which I think gets slightly longer battery use.
We were very interested in in purchasing the Coachman beyond but we have a couple bulky things that were not sure will fit there. Could two folding lawn chairs slide under the sofa. Also the video I watched of the front seats did you go for the $800 upgrade option for the upholstery on them where is that the standard upholstery?
How are you liking the duvalays (bedding) now that you have been traveling awhile? We are picking up our Coachman Nova next week and I’m wondering if I should get them. Thank you Amy and Rob!
No we do not. We installed right below the lowest point when the bed is lowered. We do have to remove any items on it to lower the bed but we usually only use the shelf when the bed is up - that is where we store our pillows and blankets.

Hello Rob and Amy!

My pleasure. Thx for the watch!
This looks like a great RV. Thanks for sharing 👍
Enjoyed. We found the front shades too cumbersome and bought the Heatshield Custom covers. Light and easy.
Thx. I’ll take a look at them. Thx for watching!
Enjoyed your video! It was also great meeting you at the rally.
Thx Gard. Did you get the new tires yet for the CA trip you mentioned?
@@beyondtheadventure3499 We decided to skip the west coast trip this year, gasoline is too expensive.
Great job, Rob and Amy! I look forward to virtually joining you on your adventures.
Thanks Rob!

Glad it was helpful!
Exciting!
It was nice meeting you at the meetup. We sometimes need to use the use/store switch to cycle the power and get the tank levels to refresh. Tum & Mike
Nice meeting you as well. Thanks for the use/store tip!

Good video Rob and Amy! It was great to meet you at the COA Rally and I look forward to watching more of your videos.
Same here John. We really enjoyed talking with you!

Thx so much. Will give it a try tomorrow. The tech that did our walk through may not have been aware of that. Fingers crossed!
We're looking at that shelf for our Coachmen Nova 20c, but our sofa supports or whatever you have on each end are more towards the center.
Ok great. Hope it works out.
I would swap out that fan with a max fan just in case it rains

I'm curious about the crafting! What sewing machine, and where to store it? Thanks for the video!
It’s a Bernina. Amy stores it behind the passenger seat. 😀
Great video. I would love a Beyond to take my sewing on the road. Amy, where do you store your machine and what kind is it? Does it work to sew in the tent? Are you still traveling and sewing?
Yes and yes. She stores her Bernina behind the driver seat. You can reach her at amyrizzo1@me.com if you have more questions.

Yes two chairs fit. Yes we have the top of the line Upgraded upholstery.

Hi Peggy. Yes we love them! Amy made a few modifications to the corners otherwise they are working great.
Thank you! I will ordering them from Costco today!!!
Do you have to take shelf out in the back when you put the bed down to sleep on it.
No we do not. We installed right below the lowest point when the bed is lowered. We do have to remove any items on it to lower the bed but we usually only use the shelf when the bed is up - that is where we store our pillows and blankets.
Am I missing link to the adjustable shelf?
No we didn’t but do you need a link?
What Facebook groups are out there?
