  • FRIED RICE | Wok Hei Fried Rice with Char Siu, Prawns, Fried Egg, and Sambal Belacan since 1990!
Malaysian fried rice, known as "Nasi Goreng," is a popular dish featuring stir-fried rice with a mix of ingredients like vegetables, eggs, and protein (chicken, shrimp, or pork). Infused with aromatic spices and sauces like soy sauce or sambal, it reflects Malaysia's diverse culinary influences. Fried rice is a common item on most menus, but to make it “just right”, it takes years of skills and precision to master the art of balancing flavors and textures.
