Did the problem happen before or after you started using Throttlestop ? BD PROCHOT as far as I know only gets checked when some sensor gets too hot and tells CPU to downclock. At what temps do you notice this ? Sometimes the sensor is just bad in which point u can just turn it off. Processor will still have its own temp sensors to rely on.

Ayo bro so I think I can help u out so basically in short it won't cause bottleneck cuz 3060ti ain't that powerful but I think u should upgrade ur mobo and processor preferable to ryzen 5 7600h and compatible mobo first and then a graphics card that way u c get most perf my pc specs (ryzen 5 7600h with 2nd hand rtx 3070ti and 4800mhz 32 gb ram
For 2.5" SSD could you make a similar video explaining how to identify which SSDs are DRAM DRAM-less whether it's TLC SLC HMB real world performance handicapped by 550/500 limit why 6Gbps put in the titles etc and which of them have problem with Dual Boot interesting problem I noted with Crucial if it's internal it doesn't Have issues to update the firmware but if it's in an external USB enclosure it doesn't update the firmware 056 though it says in the Software as updated you have to look at the Firmware version it will still be the old one which is 052 for 480GB and 054 for 240GB Kinda weird but on researching on one of the forums of Crucial it mentions that There is an issue if used USB it will not update! Does it have to do with the External Enclosures? Any Specific model only works fine with 2.5" SSDs or M.2 NVMes? For me S70 blade is the best bet. It has till now have 2 variants and both are bang for the buck. You are doing a good work bro. Kudos to you!❤

For 2.5" SSD could you make a similar video explaining how to identify which SSDs are DRAM DRAM-less whether it's TLC SLC HMB real world performance handicapped by 550/500 limit why 6Gbps put in the titles etc and which of them have problem with Dual Boot interesting problem I noted with Crucial if it's internal it doesn't Have issues to update the firmware but if it's in an external USB enclosure it doesn't update the firmware 056 though it says in the Software as updated you have to look at the Firmware version it will still be the old one which is 052 for 480GB and 054 for 240GB Kinda weird but on researching on one of the forums of Crucial it mentions that There is an issue if used USB it will not update! Does it have to do with the External Enclosures?
Any Specific model only works fine with 2.5" SSDs or M.2 NVMes? I asked a doubt between WD 512GB and WDBLUE If double side chips means it's DRAM and if Single Side Means DRAM-Less and if 3D Nand if mentioned with SLC TLC etc then it's DRAM It's Still Pretty Confusing as there's no physical identifier on 2.5" SSD and it's encased right! Not Transparent Enclosure for the SSDs! At least in NVME if it's not in heatsink we can at least see if both sides Chips/ICs or one Side DRAM-less! Can't they just have specifications on the damned box or the shopping platforms mentioning these things upfront!? So we can see okay TBW is 1200 speed is Upto or correct real world speed not short burst speed till cache filled then graph gets stuck at stagnant!
