Is it possible to upload individual photo files from a USB drive directly into the Photo App. If you "import all" the individual photos off the file are mingled with existing photos in the Photos App. To create a specific photo file that one downloaded it's necessary to pick and choose from the many photos already in the Library. Any way to go directly from an individual photo file collection on the USB directly to the Photos App without having to parse through the photos already in the Photos App? Please get back. Thanks.
Having an iPad Pro on the thumbnail is misleading -
Unfortunately you can’t access the photos of the SD card through photos it’s not the same process (I’ve tried after following your video)

If I've edited the image files from lightroom and exported them as JPG's with custom file names, would they still import onto the iPad?
Are these photos RAW or JPEG, can you see RAW files (i.e. the actual picture) before importing? thx
I used to have no problems to download. It WONT work anymore! I got a NEW SDcard reader & no luck. Ive checked all my Wifi & still no download!??

You didn’t explain the videos
I have an iPad Mini 5. When I plug the SD card adapter (with Micro SD card inserted), nothing automatically comes up. If I open the Photos app, "import" is not an option. What to do? Thanks in advance.

You have to click "devices" in the bar

it may works for photos but not for videos, so the title of this video is wrong!
I searched for HOW TO TRANSFER FILES FROM I PAD TO AS CARD but your video came which is not my requirement. So don't put irrelevant keywords in your video thus wasting our time.
Click "DEVICES", not "IMPORTS".

For every one who sees this his amazon links are not correct go ahead and type in SD card adapter and there are ones for 10 dollars do not pay the 30 dollar price when you can pay 1 3rd of it and get more!

Doesn’t work man. No photos show up! Frustrated beyond belief!
The video was terrible. He never showed you how to import the photos. Just showed you where they were at after he uploaded them.
