January 15, 2024, Dr King’s Dream or Donald Trump’s Nightmare

This day January 15, 2024 is a day of dissimilarity in our country’s history. It is the official day we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. it is this year also the day the Iowa accuses are being held in Iowa. The Iowa Caucuses some say is the yeast that gives rise to the cake that is the GOP nominee for President the United States. Therein lies the contrast one man, Dr King taught, fought and gave his life for his dream of a united America. One in which all men are created equal and are judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin. The other male, Donald Trump believes that he is the king and that none are equal, that he loves the uneducated and he personifies a great leader. This day will be an unforgettable one for it might be the day that begins tte end of America and its democracy.
