hey! I know that you had a terrible experience but when I stayed at this property my experience was amazing and I truly enjoyed my stay .......My room was super clean and I am a taj member so they upgraded my room. the food was amazing. So in total, I loved the stay .......I would defintly recommend everyone to stay there .......
I am also a taj member you can see my other vlog at the new Taj Agra. My room was upgraded there too. But here I had a terrible stay

Very sad to see such low standards of hospitality during Corona pandemic when hospitality industry is under severe stress of heavy losses for last two years on account of low business all over India. This's totally unacceptable qua Taj Inner Circle Members.

O god so sad such a shit experience feels sorry for u . I toh would have asked to refund my money . Couldn’t stand such things one day would have Been a nightmare
I know :( . I was too tired to shift hotels that's why didn't even try for refund. But I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Bhai tajview room is hotel me nahin, Dusre Wale Taj ka review dekho wahan tajview room booked hai. And Tajview and non tajview room me sirf view ka difference hota hai, iska ye matlab nai ki room unhygienic ho.

@raunaksinha3145 no bro , this is because of the overall cleanliness of the room ! Because there is nothing called free upgrade in taj , they have limited upgrades for every member any ways !
