The Voice Acters have signings at my local Chalice and I go there to get them signed.
Sometimes you can go to a Comicon or something or you can just buy it
@@jcscollectibles1163 you can also go to a comicon but you just got a wait a while and you never know which voice actor will come will you can look but they might not have the one you have like I got sailor Mars signed with pink marker
