Thank you Misty for the great interviews of all of the talented designers. I am so taken by the talented J. Wecker Frisch. Thank you for sharing your God given talent.
One of my favourite designers. Janet is so talented and we are blessed to be able to make projects with her amazing artwork. I hope you are able to get the press on line back in stock with the lady press on panel 💓
Love love love this beautiful lady and her fabric Collections. They are very unique and beautiful and I totally love her techniques and her styles and specially the scriptures that are placed in the fabrics❣️✂️🧵🪡💓💖💗
I’m not the kind of quilter who has to run out and buy the latest fabric lines. But I watched Jenny demo a quilt a couple of weeks ago with the Press On line. I just love it. So I treated myself and went out and bought a panel with the irons and a 10” stacker from the line. I can’t wait to make it. Great interview, thanks for the opportunity to get to know Janet.
I absolutely love her! She’s one of my favorites! Watched her with Jenny’s time with her. Her fabrics are always so special - so spectacular. Thank you ALL so very much!🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶
Another beautiful interview, Misty. And what a wonderful lady Janet is making history so interesting. I certainly never knew there were so many irons, thanks to Jenny for collecting them.❤🎉😊
Janet and Misty, please design a quilt (maybe a panel kit) inspired by the A Patchwork Quilt of Favorite Tales book that you had with you. That would be amazing!
Love this interview--what beautiful fabric lines--the stories that go with it and the memories make the fabric so great. Thank you for sharing with us.
I love your collections and style. It can be addictive if it is your vibe. What really surprised me is that I am also a junk journaler and am currently working in a huge one, of course made of “junk” from paper bags I am collecting. I will certainly look for your journal fabrics, at the same time I am quilting and doing some “other “ stuff. Thanks for sharing and keep on enjoying the ride!!!❤
While I learned a lot about Janet from Jenny's interview, this went even further!!! Thank you so much for another interview! I love everything she creates 😊😊 I would love to make a junk journal now!
I remember the Tall Book of Fairy Tales! I was so scared of the Hansel and Gretal story. My mom also crossed out some of the graphic words! Fairy tales were more gruesome than they are now. I am intrigued by your designs, Janet!
Love Janet and her vintage fabric lines! Can’t wait for Sewing Seeds ❤. So appreciate the inclusion of scripture. I would love to see a scripture collection ✝️💟
This interview has been my fav! I love that Janet acknowledges God in her artwork. Each of her lines carry a story and have so much history. She should have a biography of all the lines and the stories behind them. I junk journal also. I would LOVE if those design books were available in paper for the junk journal world. If you see this comment Janet, bravo for all you do and all you are! 👩🌾💙🧵🪡👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌
Misty, I so enjoyed this video of you and Janet! She is so creative. Can we find these fabrics and patterns at Riley Blake Designs??? Thanks for sharing, this was awesome!
Janet - very inspirational... however, as an Alaskan, I'm disappointed in your map depicting of my state. The area that I live in, SE Alaska, has been completely irradicated 😮 - Alaskan are a tough breed, but we often feel like a foreign country to the rest of "the states". The Panhandle is missing....
love her! I love that she puts scriptures somewhere in her projects. Truly, divine gifts were given to her.
Thank you so much for this video. I love Janet’s fabric designs and seeing the new ones and hearing her journey was so inspiring !!
Janet is a great inspiration to me! I’m so thankful that she shares her talents with us🤩

Great interview, Missy. Love Janet's designs and fabric lines. She is one of my most favorite designers. Thank-you. Pam Miller
Such a unique style! Those books remind me of books from my childhood.
I just love her work! My first intro to her designs was the old maid. The designs really speak to non traditional quilting which is my jam!
Thanks, Misty, for sharing Janet's talents with us. I like the hand drawn look of the Halloween fabrics!

Oh my goodness..i had the tall tales book of fairy tales
So did I, and also the Tall Book of Nursery Tales! That one was illustrated by Feodor Rojankovsky. Both had been passed down through the family.
Me too!
Watched her with Jenny last week on Tuesday Newsday
Misty, I think you could still use a label like that to teach geography and state capitals with an iron off pen.
