Malay youths are not freely allowed to listen to any religious talks other than Islam. It will be extremely difficult to open up their "closed mind" after what had been conditioned by the religious authorty since young. Take for example Saudi Arabia where Mohamad Bin Salman, the Crown prince de-facto leader of Saudi Arabia is now embarking a social reforms to de-emphasise religion and embracing secular lifestyles. Any resistance to his reforms will be met with strong actions including imprisonment. Such drastic move can only be sucessful thru his ruthless dictoral decree. I like and agree to what you said, but how many Malay audience can you reach in this video presented in English when you have like 90% of Malays not competent and lack proficiency in English? To change the Malays mindset and allow their mind to prosper, you must first educate them in English so that they can read, listen, understand and gain knowledge from the world through reading and seeing foreign articles or programs and form their own opinions, in that way, you may see change in Malaysia....that's my opinion.

Malay youths are not freely allowed to listen to any religious talks other than Islam. It will be extremely difficult to open up their "closed mind" after what had been conditioned by the religious authorty since young. Take for example Saudi Arabia where Mohamad Bin Salman, the Crown prince de-facto leader of Saudi Arabia is now embarking a social reforms to de-emphasise religion and embracing secular lifestyles. Any resistance to his reforms will be met with strong actions including imprisonment. Such drastic move can only be sucessful thru his ruthless dictoral decree. He can do it becoz he's an absolute monarchy. Malaysia too can sucessfuly carry out such reforms, only.......if Malaysians willing to install a dictatorship in govt......🤣🤣
They say "We must follow Saudi Arabia's extreme restrictions" but they probably may have forgot that Saudi Arabia is starting to embrace secularism!
i admire Mariam Mokhtar for her deep insight into the problem face by malaysians in many of her videos. in this video, she did not mention that all 3 religions, islam, christianity n judaism worship the same abrahamic pagan god. why then is this distrust n fear? why are they not helping each other n all others to achieve trust n peace; note that islam always mention "peace'. we should all work towards a win win situation.

Puan I agree , when I want to jom ziarah surau and masjid , i had been stop out site and they said you are indian you cant enter in , this is for islam only. I remember puan , year 1977 to 1980 when Child Wood times I go inside surau with malay friend's to study and do school home work that time no one scould us , elderly people will pray and we do us that time I never feel like strangers , we also eat the food that imam give us to eat

To protect Malay Muslim feelings and sensitivities the above is not enough... We must protect malay Muslim DBKL, state authorities, police (and malay Muslim gangsters)... It is not fair to send them to break hindu temples, smash the idols etc... This is only going to weaken their imam and belief in Islam. Also at government or public /private gatherings before the start of the event and Doa is baca... Kick all the non Muslims out... Their presence and in that moment saying their own religious prayers is going against everything Malay Muslims are striving for in Bolihland.
