Gwen is amazing. I have just read her book, and it has helped me to understand and face up to just how abused I was as a kid, and its helped me to come to terms with that. Because Gwen gives us insights into the minds of abusers and the chaos and turmoil they go through, I feel much better equipped to leave my parents behind me now, I am 68, and I feel a huge burden lifting, at long last.
