Remember that it is relatively safer to sell covered calls against shares that are part of the S&P500/DOW 30, fundamentally strong, technically upward, and most likely pay a dividend.
Always make sure to do your own due diligence before getting into options trading.

What happens if the stock shoots up and your obligated to sell your 100 shares twice
Heres a question. Lets assume u like the stock for say 6 months or so. You sell atm n collect $1000 weekly premium, which is abt 2.5 percent a week. Now, the stock will fall below purchase price at times but you keep rolling every thursday or friday to avoid assignment and if assigned, you just rebuy/write. So your cash on cash pver say 6 months can be 26 weeks x 1000 or $26000 or abt a 50 percent return if the stock is flat or say falls 10 percent you still make a great return. Do you see any flaws with this approach? Thanks.
Did you try it out? How did it go? This is what I was thinking to start doing.
From what stock, you can collect $ 1000. If you are thinking about expensive stock like TSLA/NVDA, for those you cannot control due to wilder volatility.If you do not minf, what stock do you have in mind?
@@abuyusuf8374 No single stock I can think of. BUT, if a person was to sell 10 contracts of a stock that offers $1 permium atm on weeklies, you will find those in the market.....
