@ethandavies9039 I just mean it reduces the amount of damage the rocket does to the structure. But for sure it needs to blow out as well if someone's close.
@MaximusSavage6969 it could work but I believe his point was bases are TOO hard to raid so they just become the same everytime to fit the "meta" So buffing walls and keeping garage doors the same would probably make the situation worse
That cover of the Minecraft Volume Alpha soundtrack near the end of the video hit me hard in the feels. You are 110% hitting me with multiple types of nostalgia right now.

I think a solution to the honeycombpocalypse is to let players reinforce walls with extra layers for more strength. For less resources than it would cost to add honeycomb you just reinforce a wall with a thin layer of extra material that will stack to the outside of the wall. It will cause the hardside to protrude slightly more each time, and block more building off of that wall so people can't then honeycomb on top of it also. You'd have to pick one or the other. Honeycomb could leave you more flexibility still but would be more expensive. It would be harder to gauge the amount of explosives you'd need for a reinforced wall as you can't just count the layers like with honeycomb. Adds new dynamic.

I’ve had a break from rust, it’s nice to be back willjum!
Hey willjum I wanted to let you know that I was in a really dark place for a while and when I started getting into rust I couldn't find anything I liked and I found you you are the best UA-camr out there and you have helped me through a lot also this might sound weird but your voice is so calming lol please don't stop and keep going❤
i allways get exited when another Willjum video pops up on my 4U page, love the bases keep up the good work willjum.
This was a good video. As usual, chill af. Pulling out the classic nostalgia move was good. Sometimes, it's nice to remind ourselves and others of how far things have changed. Whether it good or bad.
Mining outpost to Willjum is like the abusive ex partner he just can't stay away from and never learns his lesson 😂
thanks for the wholesome episode! just chillin and vibin. i love it!
i agree i miss old rust so much the simplicity of it was so great
Can’t wait for your builds when the new terrain comes out. Lake house wipe and nee cliff base wipe are going to be amazing!
Every willjum video is 80% him talking about how much he loves this particular base and 20% play time 😂
10:45 Haha! Hammer go bonk! 😂❤
Waking up on a sunday after a hard week at work chilling out for the day and watching a willjum video, peace.
2 things I hate about Willjum’s videos, when I get to the end, and waiting a whole week for the next one 😭 thanks for the amazing content brother! ❤️
Honestly one of my favourite videos so far and this base design is actually so cool
You can never go wrong with a willjum video keep up the good work, bro
1:10:52 that Minecraft music just warmed my heart, Willjum really knows how to make incredible videos
this may have been the best pvp i’ve seen from u great video i love it
The base looks like a judgemental penguin from certain angles.
Hey Willjum, if you want a similar vibe to the lantern, but electrical use a red and a green industrial light side by side - they don't flicker like a lantern but the two next to each other gives almost the same light hue as a lantern
i really like that the song space cadet is back love the vids keep it up man :)
Rust with Minecraft music makes this calming to watch❤️
Following up onto your "Electric Lantern" idea. You could work together with Facepunch figuring out a "Cozy DLC Bundle" consisting this lantern and other cozy items your imagination provides.
Playing Rust in 2018 was Lot of fun ... Lovely base
A Willjum video a day keeps the sadnes away 🔥
Willjum been watching your videos for awhile now. I just started playing rust in 2024 and love the game so much. I free hand all my base so never the same design. And I love your videos keep up good work and love all your base designs. And I play on Xbox so alot different then on steam.
Sometime in 2034, some other Rust content creator would say "Here's the Willjum classic"
i have been waiting for "space cadets" in your videos for so long 😭i love that song, its thank for you that i found it and i absolutely love it
