    • @voiceofarmwrestling
      @voiceofarmwrestling  6 років тому +7

      Hi, we spar at least once a week for an hour but mostly after workouts going through different techniques on table looking for what is still working and what is not. About intensity didn`t quite get it?

    • @FilipCicoHritz
      @FilipCicoHritz 6 років тому

      oh i didnt mean it in offensive way , i just meant youre doing 8-10 reps and then dropset , youre not maxing out on anything , i was thinking maybe its because you pull on the table more times in week

    • @voiceofarmwrestling
      @voiceofarmwrestling  6 років тому +10

      Oh no offense taken, we are getting ready for supermatches so we are not doing lest than 10 reps but everything is strict with 1 min pause. Next milestone is EuroArm and that is 6 months after so no point of going to heavy too soon. Try out fat grip deadlifts 4 sets of 10 and then dropset of 20, that`s intensity with 60s rest between sets. :)
      P.S. Love your videos!

    Total newb here...fascinated with the sport. Curious about the pull-up movements being of limited range. Is this because most all of the arm battle is in this range? Do you ever train more range of movement in case you get out of the ideal pulling position? Any comments or tips appreciated.

    • @voiceofarmwrestling
      @voiceofarmwrestling  3 роки тому +7

      Yes partials is because we armwrestle in that range, full range is for bloodflow and recovery, not fot getting stronger.
